Modern house and vanity design
I,m learning, I love learning. I practice on the design softwares now and again to design something I never have. I had never designed an entire house, so I gave it a shot, and designed my first modern house. I learnt a lot through out the design phase. I also used tutorials on YouTube whenever I got stuck.
My design incorporated modern architecture. Contemporary house designs have the following characteristics:
Simplicity in form and function.
Uncomplicated cladding & wall finishes.
Clean, open, light-filled spaces.
Simple detailing devoid of decoration.
Strategic use of materials for visual interest, texture, and personality.
The design depicts simplicity and sophistication all at the same time. I loved how it turns out, and I cant wait to be more creative with my designs. Its definitely not perfect since its a first but i,ll be designing even more to perfect this craft.
I also got to design a vanity area, haven,t perfected that area either but i,ll be coming up with more designs. This one depicted a simple but aesthetic sink area one can have in the bathroom area. I came up with an original design of the counter using slabs to create self-like structures in such a way that it looked unique. I added to boxes on the wall either for storage or decor, and of course every bathroom needs a mirror, so I added a large mirror that allows one to view from head to toe. Vanity areas are important in a house and the more aesthetic/essential the more useful it is.
